Ask the UAE E-Invoicing AI (any language)

Last reviewed: By Kenobiz Solutions editorial team

Ask any question about UAE e-invoicing, VAT or Corporate Tax, in your own language. The assistant answers from our guides and the official texts, and cites its sources.

What can the assistant do?

  • Answer in your language. Ask in English, Arabic, French, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, Tagalog or another language; it replies in the same language.
  • Cite official sources. Answers about dates, amounts and thresholds end with the official texts they rely on, such as the Ministry of Finance (MoF) decisions, with links.
  • Compare software neutrally. It asks about your size, users and needs before suggesting options, and presents at least two with their strengths and limits, following our software comparison method.
  • Check your readiness. It can walk you through the e-invoicing readiness check to find your phase, deadlines and priority actions.
  • Estimate penalties. It uses the same rules as our penalty calculator. Our other free compliance tools are listed on one page.

What can't it do?

  • It does not give tax or legal advice. Its answers are general information. For your specific case, speak to an FTA-registered tax agent.
  • It can make mistakes. Like any AI tool, it can misread a question or give an incomplete answer. Check important points against the official sources it cites before you act. Our disclaimer sets out the limits.
  • It does not know your file. It cannot see your FTA account, your contracts or your invoices.

What happens to your questions?

Please do not paste personal data such as names, phone numbers, TRNs or invoice details; the assistant does not need them. Your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate each answer. Conversations without contact details are deleted after 90 days. Questions are kept in anonymised form to see which topics need better guides. If you ask us to contact you, the assistant collects your details only with your explicit consent. See our privacy policy.

Who runs the assistant?

The assistant is run by Kenobiz Solutions LLC, the publisher of this site and an Odoo partner in Dubai. When it recommends software, it says so. If you prefer to talk to a person, use our contact form; we reply within one business day in English or French.

When must my SME appoint an ASP?

If your revenue (the gross income of your most recent accounting period, per your financial statements) is below AED 50 million, you must appoint an accredited service provider (ASP) by 31 March 2027 and implement e-invoicing by 1 July 2027. If it is AED 50 million or more, the dates are 30 October 2026 and 1 January 2027. More detail in our UAE e-invoicing deadlines guide.

How much is the fine for a late e-invoice?

AED 100 for each late e-invoice, up to AED 5,000 per calendar month. The same amount and cap apply to late electronic credit notes. These penalties only apply once your business is required to implement e-invoicing, not to voluntary adopters. See all six violations in our guide to UAE e-invoicing penalties.

Do free zone companies need e-invoicing?

Yes. E-invoicing applies to any person doing business in the UAE for B2B and B2G transactions, whether or not it is registered for VAT, and there is no exclusion for free zones. A free zone company follows the same deadlines as a mainland company, based on its revenue. Read who must comply with UAE e-invoicing for the excluded transactions.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI assistant free to use?

Yes. The assistant is free and needs no account. A limit on the number of messages per conversation keeps the service available for everyone.

Which languages can I ask in?

Ask in the language you are most comfortable with, for example English, Arabic, French, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese or Tagalog. The assistant answers in the language of your question and keeps official terms such as ASP, FTA or PINT AE with a short explanation.

Can the assistant give me tax advice for my company?

No. It gives general information based on our guides and the official texts. For your own VAT, Corporate Tax or e-invoicing position, speak to an FTA-registered tax agent.

Is the assistant neutral about software?

It compares options using the same criteria as our software guides: official ASP status, public price, size and needs. It presents several suitable options, such as Odoo and Zoho Books, with their strengths, and it says that this site is published by an Odoo partner.

How long are my conversations kept?

Conversations without contact details are deleted after 90 days. Questions are also kept in anonymised form to improve our guides. Details are in our privacy policy.
